Easy Veggie Salad Recipe

This is a healthy, easy veggie salad recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
6 hearts of palm, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 bunch asparagus, blanched and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tbls. Rice vinegar
Black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to mix. Serve and enjoy.
Serves 4.
