Easy peach muffin recipe.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
110 gr. sugar
60 ml. cooking oil
150 ml. peach fruit yoghurt
220 gr. flour
1 pack baking powder
4 tablespoons peach marmalade
Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer until stiffens. Add oil, yoghurt, flour, baking powder and dash of salt. Mix well.
Grease muffin shapes with some butter and pour 3/4 of volume. Add some marmalade to each muffin shape.
Bake into heated oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.
Serve it into paper muffin shapes.

Ingredients:

500 grams cauliflower
200 gr. green young garlic
100 ml sour cream
100 gr. carrots
20 gr. butter
2 tea spoons corn flour
Parsley, vegetable spice

Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower, carrots and garlic into pieces. Put all into salted boiling water.
Boil for 15 minutes and add chopped parsley.
Mix cooked vegetables and little boiling liquid with electric blender.
Put blender content, vegetable spice and butter into 700 ml water. Cook several minutes.
Mix sour cream and corn flour. Add into the soup and cook for another several minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Greek pasta salad recipe – quick and tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked pasta
4 chopped plum tomatoes
2 cups garbanzo beans
1 chopped onion
3/4 cup sliced pitted olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation:

Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cool water until pasta is room temperature.
In a serving bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, beans, onion and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk oil, lemon, salt, pepper and garlic together. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until cold. Toss again and serve cold.

12 pork chops
1/2 kg potatoes, cooked and cut in pieces
1 1/2 cup hemstitch, cooked and cut in pieces
1 cup white wine
3 carrots, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Season the chops with salt and pepper.
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Add the chops, carrots, potatoes and hemstitch.
Add wine, cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.

Healthy Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients:

12 medium mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Remove stems and chop fine.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Saute mushroom caps, on bottom only, 2 to 3 minutes; remove. Arrange, rounded side down, in shallow baking pan.
Heat rest of oil in same skillet. Saute stems, green pepper, and onion until tender – about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; remove from heat.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake 15 minutes, or until heated through.
Yields 6 servings.

Ingredients:

2 pounds red potatoes, quartered (with peelings)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat.
Combine the garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased baking pan. Bake uncovered, at 425 F for 30 minutes.
Stir; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.

Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1 chicken – cut into 8 pieces
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
2 tablespoon Worcestershire or steak sauce
2 tablespoons mustard

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the chicken in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat the chicken with the sauce mixture and place on the grill.
Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.

Makes 4 servings.
