Crunchy salmon recipe – a quick seafood recipe.
Ingredients:
1 canned french-fried onions (2.8-oz. can)
4 salmon fillets
2 Tbs. of honey mustard
5-oz. bag of spinach leaves
Preparation:
Brush 2 Tbs. of honey mustard on top of 4 salmon fillets.
Top with canned french-fried onions (2.8-oz. can).
Bake salmon on a foil-lined baking pan at 350 F for 12 to 14 minutes.
Place a 5-oz. bag of spinach leaves in a large glass bowl and microwave 1 minute.
Serve salmon on top of spinach.
Makes 4 servings.

Easy Roast Beef and Gravy recipe.
Ingredients:
1 can onion soup
1 can mushroom soup (also try this with Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup)
3 to 3 1/2 pound roast
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Season roast. Place in roasting tin. Blend soup; pour over roast.
Bake at 350 for 3 hours.

Salmon Croquettes recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cups cold salmon
1 cup cream
2 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 egg
pepper and salt to taste
flour to roll croquettes in
crumbs
fat (for deep frying)
Preparation:
Flake the salmon into small pieces and make a white sauce from the butter, flour and cream.
Cook until smooth and creamy, then add salmon and seasonings. Just before taking from the fire, add one well beaten egg and spread on a buttered plate.
When quite cool, roll into small croquettes with flattened ends.
Roll in flour, egg, crumbs and fry in deep fat.

Pudding dessert recipe.
Ingredients
2 boxes instant pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
2 large Cool Whip tubs
Angel Food Cake (broken into pieces)
Heath bars
Preparation:
Mix 3/4 cup milk with 2 boxes of instant pudding mix; beat well and until thick.
Add Cool Whip and fold into pudding. Make 1 layer in bottom of 9×13 inch pan of angel food cake that has been broken into pieces. Put part of the pudding on cake. Add another layer of cake and then the rest of the pudding. Crush Heath cany bars on top.
Can be made 24 hours ahead of time – just refrigerate.

Chocolate Cobbler recipe. Nice dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbl plus 1/4 cup baking cocoa, divided
1/2 cup milk
3 tbl vegetable oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cups hot water
Vanilla ice cream – optional
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and 2 tbl cocoa. Stir in milk and oil until smooth.
Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
Combine the born sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over top (do not stir). Bake at 350 for 40 – 45 minutes or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched.
Serve warm with ice cream (if desired).
Note: As a substitute for self rising flour, place 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a measuring cup. Add all purpose four to measure 1 cup.

Bean burgers for vegetarians who like burgers. Or for anyone who likes to eat healthy.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked beans
2/3 cup ground sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
3 to 4 tablespoons catsup
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients, adding enough wheat germ (about 1/2 cup) to hold the shape.
Form into 8 patties. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Place a slice of (light) cheese on each burger and place under broiler heat to melt before serving.

Killer bread recipe – special bread recipe.
Ingredients:
1 10″ round sourdough bread or other dense bread (ciabata etc)
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Parmesean cheese
1 tb Dried basil (3T fresh)
1 ts Dried Oregano (3T fresh)
1 tb Minced onion
1 tb Minced Parsley
3 tsp. Cajun spice
3 tb Minced fresh garlic – or more, if you like garlic
Preparation:
Slice loaf in half horizontally.
Butter loaf and toast under broiler until lightly browned.
Mix the remaining ingredients and spread over both halves, using the entire mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, until top is brown and puffed.
Cut into wedges and serve hot.
* If you are using the fresh herbs, the taste will be even better.
